Tag name. Upstream streamingfast/substreams-sink-sql has its own v4.13.0 (5a43292), which does not contain these fixes. This fork's go.mod keeps the upstream module path, so go install …@v4.13.0 and clones that also track upstream resolve upstream's tag. Pin this release by commit 933a187, or use ghcr.io/pinax-network/substreams-sink-sql:v4.13.0.

Behaviour changes

• First flush. The first block after a start or restart is flushed on its own at --batch-block-flush-interval 1 / --live-block-flush-interval 1. Previously it was held back and flushed together with the second block (#31).
• Insert-only ClickHouse keeps every row. Rows are kept per primary key and block, in block order, at any flush interval, so materialized views see every inserted row. A key written twice in one block still keeps its last write. Postgres flushes are unchanged (#31).
• Library API. db.Loader.Insert and Upsert now take the block number.
