@pipelex/sdk on npm
Fixed
The main entry bundles for the browser: @pipelex/sdk bundles for a browser or edge target with nothing marked external, so a Next.js app whose client code imports it renders under next dev, where 0.48.0 made Turbopack panic on node:fs and answer 500. Listing a directory, writeMethodTree, downloadArtifacts, reading a path string and the artifact fetch's dispatcher reach node:fs/promises, node:path, undici and the mthds package's lister through the package's own #node-host import, which resolves to them under the node condition and to nothing under a browser's, outside Node a directory and writeMethodTree are refused with RequestArgumentError, a directory before the version handshake. Inside Node, each of these refusals keeps its class and verdict but says what happened: in a bundle resolved without the node condition, that condition and how to bundle with it; in a toolchain that cannot load #node-host because it does not resolve the imports map of package.json, such as Jest before 29.4, that the host could not be loaded, with the import's own error as its cause.
The .mthds check hook keeps a method's secret files home: the hook built by npm run build:hook screens every file of the method's tree before its validation sends anything, by the workshop's secret-guard rule, so a file whose name is a known secret file's or whose text holds a well-known key format, such as a key.pem, a secrets.yaml holding an API key or a cloud service-account export, no longer travels with the method, while a public id_rsa.pub or a prompt naming a private key's header in prose still does; since 0.48.0 the hook sent every file of the tree, and a .gitignore above the method's directory protects nothing in it. The method is validated without such a file, and the verdict comes with a note after its text, inside the block when the verdict is invalid, that names the first files kept home and counts the rest, each with why and never quoted, each path written so that no file name can break out of it; a validation that returns no verdict passes silently as before, with no note. When the file is a bundle or the METHODS.toml manifest, which every validation reads, nothing is sent and a non-blocking note says so in place of a verdict (docs/hook-bundle.md).

--inputs - on a detached stdin: when the program running the command detached sys.stdin before it ran, the command says it cannot read stdin, with the reason EBADF and exit code 2, as it does for a closed one, on every supported Python; on Python 3.14.9 and later it reported an unexpected failure instead.
