• pkgcheck scan -k: no longer drops the -s/--scopes selection, so -s repo -k error runs only repo checks (@arthurzam)
• SuspiciousSrcUriChange: no longer reported when a SRC_URI only switches from http:// to https:// (@arthurzam)
• HttpsUrlAvailable, DeadUrl: a package using an https:// URL that another package uses as http:// is no longer told https is available, and is reported as DeadUrl when that URL is dead (@arthurzam)
• UnusedInherits, MissingInherits: calling a function an eclass defines only for other EAPIs no longer counts as using that eclass (@arthurzam)
