sc-31931 (#398): cast(x, Float) in expressions is 64-bit DOUBLE on every engine (StarRocks previously dropped the cast; Databend gave 32-bit FLOAT). Float(p<=24) stays FLOAT. StarRocks CAST hook now renders BIGINT (not SIGNED INTEGER), bare Numeric as DECIMAL(38,10) (was DECIMAL(10,0)), and JSON/vector casts instead of dropping them. DDL unchanged.
