Install: pip install "plex_pipe[all]==0.2.0"

Added

  • setup_example() sets up a ready-to-run example (images, config with absolute paths, two small ROIs), so the example runs after pip install, without a clone; README quickstart.
  • Citable through Zenodo: DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23425779 (all versions), also in CITATION.cff.
