Fixed

• make-mail, make-action and make-controller appended their fixed suffix (Mail, Action, Controller) unconditionally, so a name that already carried it, UserMail, CreateUserAction or SetPasswordController, came out doubled as UserMailMail, CreateUserActionAction or SetPasswordControllerController. For make-mail the same name also feeds the imported domain model, so the doubled name broke that import too. The suffix is now appended only when the given name does not already end with it, a case sensitive comparison
• make-controller crashed with an uncaught ErrorException on a name containing / or \, the convention Laravel's own make:controller accepts for a namespaced controller, because Filesystem::put() reached a parent directory that was never created. Nested controller names are not supported, and are now rejected up front with a clear error instead of crashing
