The standard library is versioned with the language. Consult docs/stdlib.md for the authoritative inventory and signatures.

Area	Use it for
Output	say and program-facing output
Strings	interpolation, slicing, and text operations
Arrays/objects	collection construction and access
Files	filesystem interaction where supported
Networking	runtime networking services
Math	numeric helpers

Every API entry should document its signature, return value, failure behavior, examples, and stability. Avoid treating undocumented runtime symbols as public API.
