Documentation Accuracy Release

Thorough audit and correction of all project documentation to match the current codebase.

Fixes

  • Routing: Corrected 3-way → 2-tier routing description across all docs (workflow + ReAct, no separate conversational mode)
  • Test count: Fixed 43 → 41 (17 react-agent + 24 message-router)
  • Model modes: Fixed FC mode assignment — Qwen 3 1.7B uses function calling, Qwen 2.5 7B uses prompt-based JSON
  • API reference: Fixed extractParams → parseIntent in THIRD-PARTY-INTEGRATION guide
  • readme.txt: Updated stable tag, removed stale roadmap (SW persistence already shipped), fixed model download sizes
  • Removed stale references: ai-service.js (deleted file), 1.5B model references, git diff develop
  • IDEAS.md: Corrected SW persistence claim (now works with WebLLM)

No code changes — documentation only.
