v0.4.3 — Remove dead FC code, fix lint across codebase

Removed dead function calling code (~260 lines)

  • WebLLM v0.2.80/0.2.81 hardcodes function calling to Hermes models only — Qwen 3 1.7B and Qwen 2.5 7B are not in the allowlist
  • WebLLM's Hermes FC doesn't support custom system prompts, making it incompatible with our ReAct agent
  • Removed: FC auto-detection test (eliminated wasted inference call on first run), executeWithFunctionCalling(), buildSystemPromptFunctionCalling(), buildToolDefinitions(), useFunctionCalling property
  • Native FC does not save context — tool definitions are serialized into the prompt regardless of mode

Lint fixes across all JS files

  • Fixed prettier formatting across 25 files
  • Removed unused variables (isDownloading in ModelStatus, testPagePath in abilities runner)
  • Renamed snake_case identifiers to camelCase in e2e runner (step1_login → step1Login, etc.)
  • Fixed JSDoc reserved word (readonly → readOnly) and alignment issues
  • 0 lint errors remaining (3 pre-existing nested ternary warnings only)

Tests

  • 41/41 unit tests passing
  • 8/8 abilities tests passing (prompt-based mode)
  • WPCS clean
