• FENNEC_WORKFLOW_ONLY=1 opt-in (default off, zero breakage)
• observe(since) cursor: deltas, not re-dumps
• Audit fixes: verify arg-slicing bug, metrics rotation + totals

Verified: typecheck clean, 759 tests green.
