PinchBar 0.3.1 Testing

This pre-release combines the fixes and features of 0.2.8, 0.3 with the following changes:

• new submenu "Global Mappings" (which entries can be individually enabled / disabled):
  • Magic Mouse Zoom: zoom continuously with Magic Mice by scrolling vertically with two fingers
  • Multi Tap: Instead of holding down ALT (or CMD) to toggle alternate zoom modes, perform a quick tap with one (or two) fingers followed by the pinch gesture immediately afterwards (works both on Trackpads and Magic Mice)
  • Middle Click: click with three (or two) fingers on Trackpads (or Magic Mice) to emulate middle mouse clicks
  • Other Mouse Zoom: press and scroll mouse wheel to zoom in and out with conventional mice (can be configured to 4th or 5th mouse button, but Logitech MX devices don't fire 4th or 5th mouse clicks).
  • Multi Click: Instead of holding down CMD (or ALT) to toggle alternate zoom modes on conventional mice, double (or triple) press mouse wheel before scrolling
  • Other Mouse Scroll: hold down 4th mouse button and scroll mouse wheel to scroll horizontally with conventional mice (again, 4th mouse button doesn't work with Logitech MX devices)
  • Fix Logi Flags: Needed for Logitech MX devices, as they screw up flag masks in macOS's event system (doesn't do anything with other devices)
• two new menu entries to export and import PinchBar's settings in json format as an alternative to the defaults CLI
• slightly fancier app icon to better suit dark mode
