  • Downloadable disk image: each release now includes AgentNotch-mac.dmg,
    built by GitHub Actions. Drag AgentNotch to Applications; no Xcode needed.
  • App icon.
  • Release workflow signs with Developer ID and notarizes automatically when
    signing secrets are configured; until then builds are ad-hoc signed and
    macOS asks once to confirm under Privacy & Security.

Install: download AgentNotch-mac.dmg, open it and drag AgentNotch to Applications (macOS 26+, Apple Silicon). This build is not notarized: the first time, open it, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
