Added

• Its own window on Windows. The assistant no longer opens as a browser
  tab on Windows: it has a window of its own, drawn by Microsoft Edge
  WebView2, which Windows 11 includes and almost every Windows 10 has. Links
  to sources and downloads open in your usual browser. Where WebView2 is
  missing it opens in the browser as before. Both Windows downloads carry
  Microsoft's WebView2Loader.dll beside the program, with its licence.

Fixed

• The proofreader leaves code alone. Fenced code blocks and inline code in Markdown are no longer checked, on the Writing page and in the
  proofread tool: a selector, a query or a shell line is not a sentence.
  On the built-in skill pack this took the Bulgarian findings from 470 to 13.
• Unticked checklist boxes are not slips. "- [ ]" was reported as a space
  before a bracket, and applying the sure findings turned it into "[]".
• A task test that could fail now and again on a busy machine, because the
  task it started was still writing when its folder was removed, now stops
  and waits for the task first.
