v2.0.12 - Improve status subcommand UX and rename "guides" to "files"

The status command was too noisy, and since the rename from project-guides (a pile of guides) to project-guide (a helpful system), the use of "guides" everywhere no longer fit. Plus, now we're tracking YAML config/metadata files, and most of what is tracked are templates (never read directly by the user).
