v2.0.9 - Dynamic entry point adapts with dev modes

Major refactor to support development modes: more focused LLM prompts to conserve tokens and extend the context window. Switch modes and refresh the context. Simpler "read @go-project-guides.md" to get started, and when it's time to iterate on the next cycle, type "go". Minor detail: guides directory is moved to project-guide directory; however it is backward compatible. You can adopt the new directory with a project-guide purge then project-guide init to get the new directory.

There are also refactor_plan and refactor_document modes that support updating your existing artifacts to the latest format (not well-tested yet). Landing page and linked web docs are not yet updated, but README is more current.
