I would like to make the Wixel recognised as midi instrument, any suggestion ?

Sorry, we don't really know much about MIDI so we still have no suggestions to offer. You could post on our forum at forum.pololu.com. If you do that, you should give more detail about what you wanted to accomplish (e.g. a block diagram showing what interfaces and devices would be used).
