v0.3.0 — workbench UX overhaul

Top-of-workbench project dropdown

• Project picker is now a top dropdown: trigger shows the current project, opens a wide panel with a filter input, full project names (wrap, never truncate), a metadata column (cells/figs + activity date), and active highlight.
• Project list carries a createdAt/updatedAt date index and is sorted by most recent activity; newly created projects jump to the top.
• Left column width is fixed so step titles never squeeze the right detail panel.

Large figures now display

• Figures are no longer base64-inlined into JSON (old 4 MB cap made big figures show "(无预览)").
• New /biowb/figure binary route streams raw bytes on demand (100 MB cap, 1 h cache, path-traversal guard); PDFs load the same way.

Faster workbench load

• getProject payload drops from tens of MB (all figures base64) to KBs (~600×).
• <img loading="lazy"> loads figures on demand.

• Windows：修复 bio_set_projects_dir 拒绝盘符路径（C:\... / C:/...）的问题——现在同时接受 / 开头与盘符开头的绝对路径，并正确剥离尾部 / 或 \ 分隔符。

说明

• 沙箱策略仍为 danger-full-access（Phase-2 计划改为解析会话真实模式），已在代码中标注。
• Windows 的 shell 后端为 PowerShell（DSH 宿主组合保证），非 cmd.exe。
