Beam now recovers the active shared task view after missed notifications and reconnects. Background refresh runs only for explicitly read-only methods, and stale responses cannot replace a newly selected view. The task-board example documents and tests collaboration between a browser user and an authenticated MCP client, including recovery and persistence.

• Upgrade @portel/photon-core to ^2.28.1 for runtime-owned constructor dependency cleanup and circular-reference rejection.
• Restore undo/redo state in the requesting workspace.
• Use the generated Cloudflare project path for preview and report the deployment URL returned by Wrangler.
• Deliver Cloudflare progress notifications before tool completion through the SDK notification API.
• Tighten promise checks and document the actual lifecycle, state, authorization, and cancellation guarantees.

Validation: the full 142-suite release run, the MCP release gate including official HTTP and Tasks conformance, and fresh/global/production installation checks.
