Submodule bumps

• py-shiny → v1.9.0
• py-shinywidgets → v0.8.2

shinywidgets 0.8.2 tracks each rendering output per task, which shiny 1.9.0's concurrent outputs need. py-htmltools (v0.7.0) and py-faicons (v0.2.2) were already at their latest releases.

make submodules now fetches py-shinywidgets' tags, as it already did for py-shiny. From v0.8.2, shinywidgets takes its version from git tags; without them its wheel was built as 0.0.0.post1.dev… and every widget example 404'd on its assets.

Package bumps

• shinyswatch 0.13.0 → 0.14.0
• narwhals 1.12.1 → 2.28.0
• shinychat 0.2.8 → 0.6.1
• altair 5.4.1 → 5.5.0 (new pin; previously Pyodide's own)

shinyswatch 0.14.0 regenerated its pre-built themes against shiny 1.9.0. shiny 1.9.0 calls narwhals' DataFrame.iter_columns() and requires narwhals>=2.26.0; with 1.12.1 every data frame and table output crashed. Pyodide's altair 5.4.1 warns under narwhals 2, and altair 5.5.0 does not. shinychat 0.6.1 is the newest release that works with Pyodide 0.27.7, since 0.7.x needs pydantic>=2.11 (#254).

These pins were edited directly in shinylive_lock.json; a full make update_packages_lock remains blocked by #233.

Example updates

• examples/python/fetch now uses Open-Meteo. The old goweather.herokuapp.com endpoint returns 404 for every city.

Test updates

• The sidebar test helper matches .sidebar instead of aside.sidebar, since shiny 1.9.0 renders a sidebar without a role as a <div>.
