Added

• Concepts can be read remotely as JSON or Markdown. Request any page URL
  with Accept: text/markdown to get the raw file, or
  Accept: application/json to get its frontmatter, body, links and
  backlinks. Add ?list to a folder URL to list the Concepts under it
  (title, description, type, tags, timestamp; filter with &type= or
  &tag=), or ?q=text to search it. Works on Sunstone Web and under
  sunstone serve; browsers still get the normal page.

Fixed

• The web page title is the Concept's frontmatter title, or its file name
  when it has none, matching the desktop window title. Signed in, it now
  follows the Concept you navigate to instead of showing the bare file name.
