Save-Module -Path should be a positional parameter

Today, -Name is the only positional parameter for Save-Module I want to be able to do:

Save-Module PSScriptAnalyzer ./

@joeyaiello I know this is almost a year old, but it looks like an easy fix for me to make my first contribution and I wanted to see if you still want this implemented.
