Forgot to mention that the flags used in lazer and web have a custom overlay that makes them more brighter than they originally are (ref: https://github.com/ppy/osu-resources/blob/ddbdb982ed3e970f929319be4f2876351fadeea8/osu.Game.Resources/Textures/Flags/osu_flags.sh#L52-L75).
