ISkinSource.GetTexturedoes not limit retrieval to only images #22084Most of the paper trail is in ppy/osu-framework#5638 already, so I'll save everyone the trouble of repeating it.
For testing and merge convenience, this pull also contains an adjustment to the breaking change incurred by ppy/osu-framework#5631 (e21ec3d).
