OpenFOAM tutorial fails in parallel

I can also reproduce it running the perpendicular-flap OpenFOAM participant in parallel, with OpenFOAM v2106, preCICE v2.3.0, PETSc 3.14, OpenMPI 4.1.0 on Ubuntu 21.04.

Interestingly, if my notes are correct, it worked when I was testing preCICE v2.2.0 on Ubuntu 20.10: precice/precice#949 (comment)

Could someone try running the same tutorial with SU2 in parallel?
