Dash 4 and pandas 3 fixes

• show_dash renders again with dash>=4, and works without a mode.
• import plotly_resampler works with pandas 3 when pytz is not installed.
• The README now points to FlexViz, our successor project for whole-dashboard cross-filtering at scale.
