✨ Highlights

Recipes can use Jinja date/time filters and now() with minijinja 3.0.1. The CRAN recipe generator now adds a Fortran compiler when a package contains Fortran sources.

Skipped outputs wait for their planned dependencies before downstream builds proceed. This release also fixes upload channel resolution and PyPI recipe generation.

The workspace now requires zip 9.1.3 or newer. The playground also updates rustls, ctutils, tokio, and the zstd crates, addressing all five open Dependabot alerts and additional RustSec advisories.
