What changed

  • Show the turn prompt in cross-task cache-miss reports.
  • Use an inline PROMPT column when the terminal is wide enough.
  • Fall back to a separate PROMPTS section on narrow terminals.

Prompt display reuses data already parsed during the existing scan, so it does not add another search pass.
