Task/mongodb connection

Changes:

• sets the Mongoose option, strictQuery to true before the mongoose connection
• adds Connection Options selectionTimeoutMS and socketTimeoutMS to try to address timeout errors in server logs
• use option clientPromise instead of mongooseConnection in MongoStore to adapt better to recent Mongoose 6.x update
