Please update WireInputData.php with PhpDoc for newer sanitizer methods

Short description of the enhancement

The PhpDoc block in WireInputData.php is a bit out of date and missing several of the newer $sanitizer methods. Updating the PhpDoc would be good so that code completion works and unknown method warnings are avoided in compatible IDEs.
