The distributed footer now keeps publisher icons off by default. Publisher and app pages can opt into the PwaMart and built.indie OpenIcon HQ SVG marks with pwamartHref and builtIndieHref.

The global footer keeps its current navigation and content with a tighter layout. The Profullstack site opts into both 32px publisher marks.
