This is a initial draft of the Visual Studio Code section. I haven't used this myself, so if checked the official docs, and listed the main features. I've linked the official docs.
I don't think a play by play description/tutorial of how the git integration in Visual Studio Code works is necessary, and it will only become out of date as Visual Studio Code is updated.
Fixes part of #1205
