This modifies the layout and adds an atlas.json file that lets us build the book via the O'Reilly Atlas toolchain.
As we start getting chapters close to completed, I'll upload builds into the Releases section and tag them with the wedding anniversary name of how many chapters we've completed (more or less). I've built Paper Anniversary with this branch.
