fatal error: netdb.h

While I tried to execute the `run.py` as per the instructions given in **README.md** , the program threw an error which is listed below:

xerxes.c:8:10: fatal error: netdb.h: No such file or directory
 #include <netdb.h>
          ^~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.

```

I also added `netdb.h` to the folder but still got that error.

Is there any way to run the program successfully?
