Installation

  1. Download hla-ftp-patch-windows-x64.zip.
  2. Extract it into a separate folder.
  3. Close Alyx and run install.bat.
  4. Start SteamVR and Alyx.

In Alyx's SteamVR controller bindings, under Move, assign Jump to Grip as Button.
Set Click Activation Threshold to 50 and Click Deactivation Threshold to 100.
Save the binding and hold the assigned button in-game.

P.S. Hold Grip between 50% and just under 100%; squeezing fully to 100% stops repetition.
To uninstall, close Alyx and run uninstall.bat.

Experimental: user-confirmed in-game FTP on one setup; see docs/TESTING.md for scope and remaining checks.
Original Valve binaries are not included. Full instructions: README.md.
