ProteomicsCoPYlot v1.0.0-beta.1

First beta release of ProteomicsCoPYlot. Feedback and bug reports are welcome through GitHub Issues.

Download the ZIP for your operating system, extract it, and run the application. No Python installation is needed.

• Windows: choose the Windows ZIP.
• Linux: choose Linux-x86_64.
• macOS: choose arm64 for Apple Silicon or x86_64 for Intel.
• Choose ProteomicsCoPYlotAI for AI-assisted features, or ProteomicsCoPYlot for the standard application.

Startup takes a little time while the bundled Python environment loads and the local server starts. Please wait for the browser interface to open.

The Python wheel and source archive are also included. SHA-256 checksums for all ten downloads are in SHA256SUMS.txt.

These builds are unsigned; macOS builds are not notarized. R is not bundled and is required separately for VSN.
