v1.2.3 — PubMed config file

PubMed email and API key can now be set in a config file for any install method.

Install / upgrade

pip install --upgrade "lixplore-cli[tui]"      # PyPI
brew upgrade lixplore-cli                      # Homebrew
yay -S lixplore-cli                            # Arch (AUR)

Added

• PubMed email and API key can be set in ~/.lixplore/config.json, which also works for pip,
  AUR and Homebrew installs (before, only PUBMED_EMAIL / PUBMED_API_KEY did)
