Fixes My Calendar failing to render any trips when an operator's name contains an apostrophe (e.g. "Captain's Hook"). The calendar's events were built via hand-concatenated JS string literals; an apostrophe in the operator name produced invalid JavaScript, breaking the whole events array.

Rebuilt the events data via json_encode() over a proper PHP array instead of string concatenation, which correctly escapes apostrophes and any other special character for every field at once - a permanent fix rather than patching field-by-field.
