Need to ensure docs parity with features re: OIDC issuer tokens

Problem description

I believe there's some discrepencies around what docs suggest and what the latest Team edition has access to.

e.g.
on https://www.pulumi.com/docs/pulumi-cloud/access-management/oidc-client/ token type isn't specifically called out:

• Individual - only has personal
• Team - has personal and organization
• Enterprise/BizCrit - has personal, team and organization

Additionally each of the child "Configuring OpenID Connect for..." pages only mention organization token types. Users get confused as to whether only organization is available.

oidc docs explains how to configure the policies it does not include any details over what the different kind of tokens and what each SKUs support as it is (I think) orthogonal (would add a lot of extra information a bit irrelevant to the feature itself and a lot of repetition that will be hard to keep up to date and can drift quickly).

Same with the each of the child "Configuring OpenID Connect for..." pages, they are laying out an example on how to set it up, it does not cover every possible combination.

I believe it is mostly an editorial concern on what content should be included and how, maybe we should cross link the pages? (like linking the oidc doc and every example to whatever page it covers token types and what is enabled on each SKU)

2. GitHub OIDC guide (github.md):

   • Added info note clarifying the guide demonstrates organization tokens
   • Links to token types section for other available options

3. GKE OIDC guide (kubernetes-gke.md):

   • Added info note clarifying the guide demonstrates organization tokens
   • Links to token types section for other available options

4. EKS OIDC guide (kubernetes-eks.md):

   • Added info note clarifying the guide demonstrates personal tokens
   • Links to token types section for other available options

Notes:

• Unable to run make lint due to tool permissions, but changes follow the repository style guide
• All documentation now clearly indicates token type availability per edition
• Users will no longer be confused about which token types are available to them
