I was surprised to see that partial functions exist for
Arraybut notSTArray, given the performance-sensitive contexts in whichSTArrayis used. I've used these functions inpurescript-mersenne(https://github.com/matthewleon/purescript-mersenne) to significantly increase performance in a tight loop.
