The October 2026 edition, re-measured on tarka 0.2.0 and HOLOS 0.26.0. The text changes where those releases changed it, and every check was re-run.

Measured against: suite 0.24.3, extension 0.16.3, DSL 0.16.1, engine 0.3.4, HOLOS 0.26.0, tarka 0.2.0, between 13 October and 3 November 2026.

What moved

  • tarka 0.1.1 → 0.2.0. run over OTTR templates reads a cell typed ottr:IRI as bOTTR does, so the acme template's mailto: cells need no prefix. A row with a cell its parameter cannot take is now left out and named, and the run exits 1. The silent zero the manual recorded at 0.1.1 is gone (Ch10 §10.3, Ch14 §14.4).

  • HOLOS 0.25.0 → 0.26.0.

    • An in-memory store can now back up to a file.
    • holosdb needs Python 3.11 or later.
    • A policy denial from Python reads "access denied by policy" again.

    None of it changes a figure here. The extension and the suite are still on 0.25.0, one release behind; Chapter 7 now says that 0.26.0 changes nothing a check runs, rather than claiming the same number.

evidence/

256 claims, as before:

  • 179 reproduced by 105 distinct runs, all passing;
  • 123 quotations checked word for word against their sources;
  • 1648 links resolving.

The runs used fresh clones of the testing repository at 7deaf86 and the suite at v0.24.3. One run of C14.06 fell below its threshold: under hash seed 0, HermiT failed in 6 of 10 attempts where the claim asks for 7. Re-run, it gave 9 of 10. That is the variability C14.08 measures. All three notebooks run with no errors on suite 0.24.3, shacl 0.3.4 and holosdb 0.26.0.
