According to RFC 5280 you should just start with a . (e.g. .domain.com instead of *.domain.com)

According to RFC 5280 you should just start with a . (e.g. .domain.com instead of *.domain.com). The NC vectors contained wildcard characters so this PR corrects that mistake.
