Patch landed upstream in msgpack, dunno if they plan to do a release or not.

There's probably going to be a 10.0.1 in a day or two. If someone wants to get a msgpack release sorted out, or sort out getting a patch for our vendored version, time is short :-)

[READY] Go back to testing on Python 2.7.2 on Travis-CI

Currently we test with python 2.7.4, because `pip` broke everything under the sun when version 10 came out. Back then what broke python 2.7.3 and earlier is [this bug](pypa/pip#5231).

Since the bug is fixed, we can test 2.7.2 again.
