Developers Survey 2022, bad language selection (Spanish switches to french)

Describe the bug
When you open the link shown on the main page of the survey, the website loads in Spanish, part of the text is in French and part in English.

To Reproduce

1. Open Python https://www.python.org/
2. Go to the first yellow link with: Join the official Python Developers Survey 2022 and win valuable prizes: Start the Survey! Python Developers Survey 2022
3. Click on Python Developers Survey 2022

Expected behavior
The language is supposed to automatically load Spanish, but it comes up in French.

I understand that if there is no Spanish translation, English should come up and not French as Spanish.

Additional context

• Loading french website works fine with french.
• Loading english website also works fine.
• Only spanish website show french where it should be spanish text.

If you need help with spanish translations, you could ask me btw, i'm spanish! But maybe translations are fine just a miss in some config file or cache!
