Docs: mailman2 has been retired

Summary

The URL https://www.python.org/community/lists/ displays users have to "check both lists hosted on Mailman 2 and lists hosted on Mailman 3". However, Mailman2 is not used anymore. Clicking on the Mailman 2 link shows:

There are no Mailman 2.1 lists on mail.python.org. All remining Mailman 2.1 lists were either archived or migrated to Mailman 3 in May of 2025.

There is also a link to mailman3.

So I suggest to modify the obsolete sentence to:

For a complete listing of python.org's public mailing lists, check lists hosted on Mailman 3.

I did not find the sentence in the source code of the repository so I don't provide a PR. I guess it's stored in the database.

The first paragraph now reads: "Here's an overview of the mail and news resources for python. For a complete listing of python.org's public mailing lists you can view them on Mailman 3."
