Say hello to stable 3.0.0

This is a major update of FormShare. First of all, I want to thank all our users and clients for reporting bugs and issues via email or GitHub issues.

This version of FormShare has:

• Removed Pyramid in favor of FastAPI. Pyramid was a great web framework 10 years ago; however, it hasn't had a good update in recent years. FastAPI is a very fast ASGI web framework that offers the same flexibility as Pyramid while delivering impressive performance. With proper configuration, we can store relationally and index 200 Kib submission files in Elasticsearch in 0.0123 seconds.
• Removed Mosquitto for SSE. Mosquitto for SSE was like killing a mosquito with a bazooka. With FastAPI ASGI, we don't need it.
• Upgraded the Docker Compose files to separate the servers and the app. We also moved all configuration to a .env file
• Support for htmx for partial UI updates. We don't need to refresh the whole page to reflect UI updates.
• Several new extension points.
• Several small improvements and bug fixes.
