  • Default to 'status' instead of 'help' when no arguments are provided,
    but the presentation is started (it still defaults to 'help' if no
    presentation is under way).
  • Use Cargo's temporary directory in tests instead of the system's.
  • Fix installation instructions; there was a mistake in the 'install'
    command.
