Fixed

• Unified transcript geometry so top-level frames and markers start at column 0, primary content starts at column 2, and nested content starts at column 4.
• Made compact-box rendering own both call and result presentation for custom tools, preventing native padding from shifting Web Fetch and other extension tools to the right of Read, List, and Grep.
• Replaced Pi's inset working loader with an aligned public widget while preserving the native fallback on hosts without widget ownership APIs.
• Restored boxed breathing rows while keeping light chrome compact, and respected terminal width 11 instead of forcing the preferred 12-column minimum.
• Updated the locked development/runtime baseline to Pi 0.84.4.

Verification

• npm ci && npm run check
• 61 tests passed, including real Pi 0.84.4 ToolExecutionComponent coverage.
• Dependency cruiser, build, package smoke, production dependency audit, and npm package dry run passed.
• A real Pi 0.84.4 PTY run executed Todo Write, Read, List, and Web Fetch and measured the expected 0/2/4 column contract.
