Please move stripe

Mfiano has deleted all his Common Lisp libraries including stripe and quit the community.

The Atlas Engineer team has decided to resume the maintenance of the stripe package here.

Update
I've spoken to the Atlas Engineer team and we've decided that it's best if I resume the maintenance of the stripe package here since they're so busy whereas I have more capacity.

One example is that I've recently added webhook support.

It looks like this relies on golden-utils, another project deleted by mfiano. Do you know where it is now?

Hi, your commit to add stripe points to the wrong repository @quicklisp. It should point to https://github.com/boogsbunny/stripe as I've taken over maintenance after deciding with the Atlas team.
