pgloader is available at https://github.com/dimitri/pgloader and is usable either as a full application or as a CL library, in any case it would be awesome to be able to quicklisp install it.

As of dimitri/pgloader@07c614c and AccelerationNet/cl-csv@18dadc8 it's now possible to use pgloader directly against cl-csv official branch.
