@edzer I just tried to install sf
on a freshly installed Ubuntu 22.04 following the steps outlined in the README, i.e.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntugis/ubuntugis-unstable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libudunits2-dev libgdal-dev libgeos-dev libproj-dev
When running install.packages("sf")
I get the following error:
